It is a IDE (Integration Development Environment) for Tcl and its extensions on Win95, Win98, and WinNT. It includes a project, a command, and a console view; a smart MDI editor that can open and edit multiple Tcl files; a command keyword editor; a Tcl/Tk 8.0 interpreter; and a debugger.
