Privacy Statement of Snaml Theatre

At Neatware, the security and integrity of our customers' personal information is important to us. We take every reasonable measure necessary to protect the privacy of our customers while providing the high level products and services. Neatware's privacy practices are in accordance with all federal and provincial laws and regulations. We are compliant with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and where applicable with the privacy rules established by the Canadian Governement and International countries.

In Snaml Theatre App for Windows 8, the privacy statement is below

1. Snaml Theatre is a product software, IT IS not an adware and spyware. User has the total control of Snaml Theatre on his Windows 8 devices.

2. Snaml Theatre can be available on Windows Store as trial, lite, and full version. The Trial version acts as Full version for 10 days. Later the Trial version becomes Lite version with some functions disabled. Users can buy a license for Full version at anytime during the using of Trial or Lite version.

3. Snaml Theatre itself does not collect any User's information for sharing and marketing. Snaml Theatre follow the rules of privacy policy of Windows Store.

4. Snaml Theatre does not collect User's IP address, location, and contact information.

5. Snaml Theatre allows users access their own photos in SkyDrive, Facebook, and Flickr only through the standard FilePicker contract of Windows 8. That is any Internet or Network access are through FilePicker of Windows 8, we have no any side access such as FTP on Internet. Users can only access its own media in Folders of Video, Photo, and Music.

6. Snaml Theatre User can only save his own title file on his own authorized sites.
